As Senior Project Manager, you will lead a pivotal role in managing the transition of 100+ roles to India from various countries, focusing on end-to-end role migration rather than just processes. This strategic initiative involves enhancing capabilities across people, processes, and technology, ensuring a seamless Go-Live with a collaborative and persuasive approach.
Responsibilities
- Transition Strategy. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy, framework, and governance to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of all projects.
- Collaboration. Manage day-to-day operations while balancing responsibilities across multiple business line projects.
- Controls and Governance. Lead short- and long-term planning, monitor project status, define KPIs, and drive efficiency through systems and best practices.
- Stakeholder Management. Communicate effectively with stakeholders including Country MDs, Process Leads, and Regional Heads.
- Progress Monitoring. Drive deliveries across functions, provide regular project updates, identify dependencies, and mitigate risks.
- Compliance. Ensure migration processes adhere to relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
- Risk Management. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Documentation. Document all aspects of the transition process comprehensively.
Requirements
- Domain Expertise. Proven experience in project and change management, ideally within BFSI/Compliance/Legal domains. AGILE certified with experience in role migration from EMEA and Americas preferred. PMP/PRINCE II certification advantageous.
- Experience. Minimum 12 years in project management with expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
- Communication Skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at presenting to senior management and stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills. Strong data management abilities to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Problem-Solving. Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions.
- Adaptability. Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Independence. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
