Job Description

As Senior Project Manager, you will lead a pivotal role in managing the transition of 100+ roles to India from various countries, focusing on end-to-end role migration rather than just processes. This strategic initiative involves enhancing capabilities across people, processes, and technology, ensuring a seamless Go-Live with a collaborative and persuasive approach.

Responsibilities

  1. Transition Strategy. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy, framework, and governance to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of all projects.
  2. Collaboration. Manage day-to-day operations while balancing responsibilities across multiple business line projects.
  3. Controls and Governance. Lead short- and long-term planning, monitor project status, define KPIs, and drive efficiency through systems and best practices.
  4. Stakeholder Management. Communicate effectively with stakeholders including Country MDs, Process Leads, and Regional Heads.
  5. Progress Monitoring. Drive deliveries across functions, provide regular project updates, identify dependencies, and mitigate risks.
  6. Compliance. Ensure migration processes adhere to relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
  7. Risk Management. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  8. Documentation. Document all aspects of the transition process comprehensively.

Requirements

  1. Domain Expertise. Proven experience in project and change management, ideally within BFSI/Compliance/Legal domains. AGILE certified with experience in role migration from EMEA and Americas preferred. PMP/PRINCE II certification advantageous.
  2. Experience. Minimum 12 years in project management with expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
  3. Communication Skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at presenting to senior management and stakeholders.
  4. Analytical Skills. Strong data management abilities to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  5. Problem-Solving. Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions.
  6. Adaptability. Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  7. Independence. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Attention to Detail. Balance strategic vision with meticulous attention to detail.
