We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Noida. This role is crucial for optimizing our sales processes and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in sales operations, with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to set goals, identify opportunities, and plan for future growth.
Sales Process Optimization
- Streamline and enhance sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Identify and address bottlenecks to ensure a smooth and consistent sales workflow.
Data Management and Analysis
- Maintain and manage the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to provide actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Implement and manage sales tools and technology to support the sales team.
Sales Forecasting
- Assist in sales forecasting by analyzing historical data, market trends, and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure accurate and reliable forecasts.
Performance Metrics and Reporting
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness.
- Create regular performance reports and dashboards for leadership review.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer support to ensure alignment and support for the sales team.
- Foster strong inter-departmental relationships to drive organizational goals.
Process Documentation and Compliance
- Document sales processes and ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech./B.E.), MBA, or PGDM.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
