Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their team. This role is crucial in developing and maintaining Salesforce applications that support retail stores, consumers, and shared services. The ideal candidate will work on highly scalable applications using Salesforce’s Experience Cloud and Service Cloud, collaborating with world-class engineers to ensure the platform’s stability and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and test scalable Salesforce applications.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle, including architecture, design, implementation, and testing.
- Engage in sprint ceremonies and actively contribute to Agile development processes.
- Improve development processes and code quality, presenting and reviewing designs with internal and external groups.
- Develop test strategies and automation frameworks to ensure high code quality and coverage.
Must Have
- 3+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Lightning web components, flows, and integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 & Platform App Builder Certifications.
- Experience with Agile development and Atlassian products (Jira).
- Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and participate in sprint ceremonies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Flexibility to work some PST and CST hours.
Pluses
- Experience with REST-based API integrations.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 2 Certification.
Day to Day
- Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers to build features that meet business needs.
- Ensure high-quality releases by mastering and improving the development process and code base.
- Operate effectively in a hybrid engineering model, designing and executing work to ensure code quality.
