Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Practice Head to join our team in Noida or Pune. This pivotal role involves leading our Salesforce practice, encompassing both pre-sales and post-sales activities. The Practice Head will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of the practice, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leadership & Management. Spearhead the Salesforce practice, providing strategic direction and leadership to ensure successful delivery of projects and services.
  2. Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Oversight. Oversee pre-sales activities including proposal development, solution design, and client presentations. Manage post-sales engagements to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  3. Practice Growth. Develop and execute strategies to expand the Salesforce practice, including identifying new business opportunities, enhancing service offerings, and building strong client relationships.
  4. Team Development. Mentor and guide the Salesforce team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  5. Innovation. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  1. Experience. Proven track record in leading and managing Salesforce practices with a strong understanding of Salesforce technologies and best practices.
  2. Communication Skills. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a knack for building and maintaining client relationships.
  3. Certifications. Relevant Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
  4. Educational Background. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
