We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Practice Head to join our team in Noida or Pune. This pivotal role involves leading our Salesforce practice, encompassing both pre-sales and post-sales activities. The Practice Head will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of the practice, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Management. Spearhead the Salesforce practice, providing strategic direction and leadership to ensure successful delivery of projects and services.
- Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Oversight. Oversee pre-sales activities including proposal development, solution design, and client presentations. Manage post-sales engagements to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Practice Growth. Develop and execute strategies to expand the Salesforce practice, including identifying new business opportunities, enhancing service offerings, and building strong client relationships.
- Team Development. Mentor and guide the Salesforce team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Innovation. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience. Proven track record in leading and managing Salesforce practices with a strong understanding of Salesforce technologies and best practices.
- Communication Skills. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a knack for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Certifications. Relevant Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
- Educational Background. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
