LinkedIn’s Business Operations team is seeking a passionate, highly strategic, driven, and analytical Senior Associate to tackle high-priority strategic and execution questions on LinkedIn Sales Solutions. In this role, you will be a thought partner and adviser responsible for driving objective quantitative and qualitative analysis, operational excellence, and strategic insights. You will collaborate cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Product Marketing, Business Development, and more to drive valuable customer experiences and metrics impact. Responsibilities
- Maximize business performance and customer value by developing an in-depth understanding of what drives sustainable growth within LinkedIn Sales Solution.
- Lead analytical efforts to identify product insights and improve decision-making across various stakeholders.
- In collaboration with product teams, create and manage forecasting models for products, initiatives, and the broader LinkedIn ecosystem.
- Drive cross-functional resolutions to operational issues and share knowledge among various functions.
- Serve as an expert on the business drivers for leadership in Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, International Managers, and Executives.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, math, statistics, physics, computer science, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of work experience at a management consulting firm, investment bank, private equity/venture capital firm, and/or technology company.
Preferred Qualifications
- Practical experience with R&D teams, especially related to B2B/SaaS products and Product BizOps.
- Highly analytical with experience decomposing and solving real-world business problems, ideally building/using advanced Excel models. SQL proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations.
- Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working independently to prioritize and deliver on multiple initiatives.
- Motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business.
