Key Responsibilities
- Feature Development. Deliver high-quality, robust features and take ownership of them throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaboration. Work closely with geographically distributed teams, including Quality Engineers, Product Management, and User Experience Designers, to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Leadership. Lead the team in developing new capabilities and innovations in the digital imaging domain.
- Innovation. Create and implement new features and improvements, driving innovation in our products.
- Quality Assurance. Write comprehensive automation tests and perform thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Mentorship. Serve as a mentor and role model for other engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
What You Need to Succeed
- Education. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience. 8-12 years of development experience with a strong focus on C++ programming.
- Technical Skills. Expertise in C++ with proven problem-solving abilities. Experience in leading teams and handling complex features and enhancements.
- Agile Environment. Experience working in Agile methodologies and adapting to fast-changing environments.
- Innovation. Ability to innovate and find creative solutions to challenges in digital imaging.
- Communication. Strong ability to communicate technical details clearly to all levels of the organization.
