The Analytic Consulting Group partners with both internal and external clients, leveraging various analytics to drive strategic thought and effective decision-making. As a Data Analyst 2/Senior Data Analyst, you will conduct data analyses using Adobe Analytics and other tools to support a variety of analytic solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Adobe Target Utilization. Work with Adobe Target to optimize campaign performance.
- Quality Assurance. Conduct QA on tagging to ensure accurate implementation and firing.
- Tagging Plans. Document and maintain comprehensive tagging plans.
- Dashboard Management. Edit and maintain dashboards populated with data from Adobe Analytics.
- Performance Analysis. Collaborate with agency partners to create Adobe Analytics reports analyzing the performance of media tactics (display, paid search, social media, etc.).
- A/B Testing. Advise on and manage A/B testing initiatives.
- Communication. Proactively update supervisors regarding workload and assignment status.
- Report Preparation. Prepare basic report content (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to support deliverables.
- Data Reporting. Responsible for end-to-end reporting, including data pulling, aggregation, analysis, and insight generation.
- Strategic Recommendations. Review KPIs and provide strategic recommendations for ongoing campaign and site improvements.
- Data Management. Maintain data-intensive spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
- SQL Analysis. Utilize SQL for in-depth data analysis.
Qualifications
- Experience. 3-8 years of relevant professional experience in digital analytics or another analytical field with a demonstrated passion for digital.
- Analytical Skills. Strong analytic and technical thought processes with the ability to interpret findings.
- Communication. Effective communicator in both written and spoken formats.
- Web Analytics. Strong understanding of pulling data from web analytics tools, preferably Adobe Analytics.
- Excel & PowerPoint. Advanced user in Excel and PowerPoint, including pivot tables, charts, v-lookups, and dashboard creation.
- Statistical Analysis. Basic understanding of statistical analysis and research methodologies.
- Education. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as economics, statistics, mathematics, marketing, or psychology. A master's degree in business administration, statistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Special Requirements. Please apply only if you have experience with Adobe Analytics and A/B testing in projects.
Desirable Qualifications
- Advanced Degree. Master’s/PhD in Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.
