We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist (Generative AI & LLM Development) who will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing AI models that power intelligent trip planning, dynamic personalization, and real-time decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI Agent Development. Design and fine-tune AI-powered virtual assistants that help travelers with itinerary planning, real-time query resolution, and personalized recommendations.
- Advance Generative AI Models. Work on state-of-the-art AI models, including GPT, BERT, T5, GANs, and VAEs, to develop cutting-edge applications for travel assistants, price forecasting, and immersive travel experiences.
- Domain-Specific Model Fine-Tuning. Customize LLMs for travel-related use cases using instruction tuning, domain adaptation, and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) to enhance contextual accuracy.
- Leverage LLM Technologies at Scale. Implement and optimize AI solutions using cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, ensuring robust deployment in a high-volume, real-time environment.
- Data-Driven AI Optimization. Develop data-centric approaches for improving model performance, ensuring high-quality datasets and refining response generation for personalized travel interactions.
- Collaborate on Next-Gen AI Solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and designers to deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance user journeys and operational efficiency.
- Enhance Search & NLP Capabilities. Develop advanced search relevance, query optimization, and intent detection mechanisms to refine the customer experience and ensure high-precision responses.

What You Bring
Technical Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Proficiency in working with Transformer-based models such as GPT-3/4, T5, BERT, RoBERTa, or similar architectures.
- Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including text generation, summarization, sentiment analysis, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Practical experience in fine-tuning and optimizing LLMs using techniques like knowledge distillation, few-shot learning, and policy optimization.
- Strong grasp of multi-modal AI, integrating text, images, and structured data for intelligent decision-making.
- Experience in cloud-based AI model deployment, particularly on Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, AWS, or Google Cloud AI.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and AI-driven personalization techniques for enhancing customer interactions.
Domain Knowledge
- Deep understanding of data-centric machine learning approaches to enhance model efficiency and performance.
