As a Senior Delivery Manager at Adobe, you will oversee the successful delivery of digital marketing solutions across various geographies. This role involves managing complex, large-scale projects and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will lead a team to drive business transformation and optimize digital assets for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Oversee Projects. Manage and execute multiple digital marketing implementation and transformation projects using Agile methodologies.
- Resource and Cost Management. Direct efficient resource use and improve cost management through business transformation and technology.
- Senior Partner Management. Interface with senior partners across geographies in a complex matrix environment, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Client Escalations. Handle client escalations with a focus on resolution and maintaining strong relationships.
- Lead and Mentor. Guide a team of resources to successfully implement Adobe’s digital marketing solutions. Foster and develop talent to help clients optimize their digital assets.
- Talent Development. Encourage continuous learning and growth within the team, ensuring they are equipped to handle the evolving demands of digital marketing.
- Set Standards. Define and enforce project quality and performance standards. Govern risks and issues to ensure project success.
- Delivery Excellence. Structure and manage projects and programs to meet overall objectives and client business drivers.
- Engagement Setup. Establish new customer engagements and digital delivery models, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Systems Integrator Handling. Manage relationships with Systems Integrators (SIs) to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Tool Proficiency. Demonstrate expertise in digital marketing tools and technologies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, influencer marketing, content automation, campaign marketing, data-driven marketing, e-commerce marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Optimization and Value Creation. Help clients unlock value in areas of commerce, content, and marketing across various industry segments.

- Proven Experience. Extensive experience in leading and delivering multi-stage digital marketing projects.
- Stakeholder Management. Strong skills in managing senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizational structures.
