We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Software Developer proficient in LabVIEW and NI TestStand to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in developing and implementing automated test solutions for Test Equipment's, including experience with PLCs and data acquisition devices.
Responsibilities
- Develop robust test automation software using LabVIEW and NI TestStand for Test Equipment's.
- Prepare comprehensive verification procedures and conduct verification tests for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and test automation software.
- Integrate, debug, and test ATE systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Program and select data acquisition devices and benchtop instruments.
- Interpret and utilize schematics, CAD drawings, BOMs, and design documents for developing test stations.
- Familiarity with high voltage systems and panel routings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ATE systems.
- Maintain documentation and provide support for deployed test automation solutions.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in LabVIEW development and application using NI TestStand.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as C/C++, .NET, or Python is advantageous.
- Experience with selection and programming of data acquisition devices and benchtop instruments.
- Familiarity with PXI, CDAQ, CRIO platforms and related drivers.
- Strong understanding of ATE integration, debugging, and testing methodologies.
- Ability to comprehend and utilize communication protocols like CAN and Modbus.
Optional
- NI LabVIEW certifications such as Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer (CLAD) or Certified LabVIEW Developer (CLD) are a plus.
