As a Senior Executive at EXL, you will play a key role in managing claims for Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance. This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility for some remote work.
Responsibilities
- Claim Review. Evaluate and process claims for Property and Casualty insurance.
- Claim Posting. Accurately post claims into the system.
- Collaboration. Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient claim processing.
- Documentation. Maintain thorough documentation of claim activities and updates.
Qualifications
- Experience. Minimum of 6 months of experience for Executive and 1 year for Senior Executive in P&C claim management.
- Education. Commerce graduate preferred.
Skills
- Experience with insurance policies and management information systems (MIS) is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in claim processing.
Preferred Skills
- P&C Insurance Experience. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Property and Casualty insurance claims.
- Commerce Background. Graduates with a commerce background are preferred.
