As a Senior Information Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing SaaS applications that enhance collaboration and productivity within the organization. Your role will involve deploying and administering systems like Okta, O365, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom to ensure seamless operations and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- SaaS Management. Demonstrate expertise in managing and administering enterprise SaaS applications such as Okta, O365, G Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
- Collaboration Tools. Maintain a solid understanding of collaboration tools and their integration to foster productivity at scale.
- System Deployment. Plan and implement tools and services that optimize workplace efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement. Seek opportunities to enhance workflows and processes with a focus on optimization and productivity.
- Core Operations. Drive operations that maintain security and productivity across the organization.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience. 5-7 years of experience in a technical role, specifically managing escalated Tier II tickets from internal end users.
- SaaS Administration. Proven experience in administering enterprise SaaS applications including G Suite, Slack, Zoom, and Okta.
- Technical Knowledge. Familiarity with Apple products such as MacBooks and iPhones.
- Communication Skills. Strong spoken and written communication abilities.
- Adaptability. A passion for learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Salary Range. 201,000 - 242,000 INR Monthly.
