Educational Background
Technical Expertise
- Strong proficiency in Java and experience with J2EE Application Servers like WebLogic, JBoss/Tomcat, or IBM WebSphere.
- Solid hands-on experience with Spring Framework (IOC, Spring MVC, Spring JDBC) and ORM technologies like Hibernate.
- Proficiency in messaging systems such as JMS, IBM MQ, or Tibco.
- Strong command over Oracle PL/SQL and database optimization.
- Experience in Spring Batch development and performance tuning is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Java memory management, garbage collection (GC) tuning, and thread dump analysis.
- Proficient in unit testing frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, or Mockito.
- Exposure to code profiling and performance monitoring tools such as DataDog, Splunk, or Dynatrace.
- Deep understanding of design principles and patterns (GoF, GRASP, Visitor, Observer, etc.).
Development Tools & Practices
- Expertise in version control systems (GIT) and branching strategies.
- Comfortable using IDE tools such as IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM, XP) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices is a strong plus.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Take full ownership of the design and implementation of complex software modules based on business specifications.
- Lead the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from estimation and task breakdown to implementation, deployment, and post-production support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during both development and production phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Product Management, Business Analysts, and Support Engineers.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing across teams.
- Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve productivity, scalability, and performance.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Be an advocate of clean code, refactoring, design patterns, and best practices.
