Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality and configuration and be able to customize and optimize the platform to meet our sales and business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to support sales processes, workflows, and automation.
  • Design and implement solutions to streamline sales operations and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other technologies.
  • Integrate Salesforce Sales Cloud with other systems and applications as required.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce Sales Cloud, including troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.
  • Conduct user training on Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality and best practices.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, and suggest ways to leverage them for improving sales processes.
  • Engage in Salesforce community forums and groups to share knowledge and learn from others in the ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Preferred Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, demonstrating a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Experience with Salesforce development languages and tools like Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce DX.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to comprehend complex business processes and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
