Job Description

The Manager/Senior Manager in Enterprise Architecture at Accenture will be a part of the Technology Strategy and Advisory team, with a vision to become the world’s leading advisors in harnessing technology and innovation. The role focuses on advising clients, defining, and implementing technology architectures that drive business value, manage complexity, and accelerate the harmonization of the IT estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as trusted advisors to business and technology leaders.
  • Define and implement enterprise architectures that align with business goals.
  • Develop and articulate roadmaps for successful architecture transformation.
  • Facilitate discussions with senior client stakeholders.
  • Drive detailed and strategic conversations on enterprise architecture.
  • Identify and define key enterprise architecture capabilities.
  • Lead design and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies.
  • Establish governance in complex technology environments.
  • Assess the impact of business strategy on architecture landscapes.
  • Senior Manager Specific Responsibilities:
  • Define large-scale, transformative enterprise architectures.
  • Mentor and supervise team members.
  • Lead enterprise architecture sub-communities.
  • Develop thought leadership, assets, and offerings.
  • Build strong client relationships and originate sales.
  • Mentor peers and junior team members.
  • Travel as needed, up to 80%.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

  • 6+ years in defining and implementing complex enterprise architectures.
  • 3+ years creating roadmaps and business cases.
  • 2+ years in technology/architecture consulting.
  • 2+ years leading teams and facilitating workshops.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
  • Deep expertise in industry-specific technology impacts (preferably banking or healthcare).
  • Enterprise Architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience with emerging technologies like AI.
