Job Description

At LinkedIn, we trust each other to do our best work where it works best for us and our teams. This role offers a hybrid work option, meaning you can work from home and commute to a LinkedIn office, depending on what’s best for you and when it is important for your team to be together.

Do you want to drive direct revenue upside on a team working on high-profile, needle-moving initiatives and partner with senior management, operations, and sales to bring them to fruition?

The LinkedIn Monetization Strategy & Operations team is looking for a star performer to drive growth and adoption offers on a team focused on accelerating growth and strengthening our go-to-market motion for our global LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) business. You will partner with leaders in sales, operations, legal, revenue, and systems to develop, implement, and manage agreement frameworks and business models. You will work to improve the global agreement pricing process, go-to-market execution, and oversee the team structuring large, strategic deals.

If you are excited to be on a team driving growth through global, cross-functional initiatives and want to be part of a company redefining how professionals succeed, LinkedIn would love to talk to you.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Design LinkedIn’s offers for growth and adoption for the business's biggest customers. This involves assessing the gaps in the current state, determining what it would take to fix these gaps (based on data analysis and your industry expertise), and then getting cross-functional buy-in to execute on best-in-class agreement frameworks.
  • Oversee planning, reporting, and dashboarding (committed spend vs. delivered spend) pertaining to offers.
  • Help strengthen sales effectiveness, compliance with global policies, and agreement framework scalability for all offers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the global LMS Leadership Team and the Field Sales team on Advertiser and Agency Agreements, serving as an escalation point to business partners.
