Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Analyst to play a pivotal role in our automotive projects. As part of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing ECU software architectures, managing integration requirements, and ensuring smooth communication between multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  1. Software Architecture Analysis. Review and analyze third-party ECU software architectures, ensuring they integrate effectively with first-party components. Track software requirements and their alignment with ECU architectures.
  2. Conflict Resolution. Address and resolve conflicts between suppliers and development teams, particularly when dealing with overlapping deadlines. Monitor and guide supplier progress throughout the review process.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement. Interact with multiple ECU responsible teams and development groups. Collaborate with senior experts to stay updated on system requirements and changes.
  4. Documentation and Solution Development. Document integration challenges and solutions, recommend actionable strategies, and build and maintain knowledge and troubleshooting resources.
  5. Training and Mentoring. Provide training and support to other software analysts, fostering skill development and team growth.

Qualifications

  1. Education. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience. Minimum of 8 years in software analysis or a related role, with a strong track record in the automotive industry.

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with AUTOSAR Classic is essential.
  • Expertise in at least two of the following areas: embedded security, embedded safety, software quality, diagnostics.
  • Practical knowledge of embedded diagnostics and communication protocols.
  • Understanding of AutomotiveSPICE and V-Model process concepts.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Highly analytical with a keen attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to asking questions and resolving issues.
  • Nice-to-Have. Experience with AUTOSAR Adaptive is advantageous.
