As a Technical Product Consultant at Adobe, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely technical support to our Digital Marketing customers. You'll handle complex support issues via phone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements. This role requires proactive problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
What You Will Do
- Provide technical support to customers via telephone and email, documenting interactions in support cases.
- Validate and report customer-submitted product bug reports with precision.
- Educate customers on the use of Digital Marketing products, focusing on Adobe Target.
- Assist in testing new and enhanced products, ensuring quality and functionality.
- Manage projects professionally within designated timelines, contributing to the global team's success.
- Identify trends and potential issues, promptly communicating with stakeholders.
- Support sustainable and scalable software solutions for Adobe's largest customers.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive product documentation.
- Approach each customer interaction as an opportunity to exceed expectations, despite product limitations or dependencies.
- Participate in weekend or holiday coverage as part of a team rotation.
- Contribute to special projects and other assigned duties as needed.
What You Need To Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in a customer support environment, preferably within enterprise technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving ability, continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement.
- Strong technical acumen with deep knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Perl, Web 2.0, web services, SQL, and database management.
- Familiarity with Internet/Digital Marketing concepts, Mobile, DTM, Tag Management, APIs (SOAP, REST, PHP), and video programming solutions.
- Experience with Adobe Solutions such as Adobe Experience Platform, Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, or other web analytics and optimization tools is desirable.
- Practical understanding of JQuery, Angular JS, and other JS frameworks.
- Ability to work with APIs and perform statistical analyses on large datasets.
- Certification in Adobe Experience Cloud tools (Adobe Campaign, Experience Platform, Target, Analytics) is a plus.
- General knowledge of Google, Tealium, Salesforce, and Pega technologies.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in digital marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), digital analytics, campaign planning, creative, and UX disciplines is advantageous.
