  • Mentor and guide junior team members in performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Stay current on the latest trends in Big Data performance testing and cloud technologies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Performance Engineering, Cloud Technologies, and Big Data ecosystems.
  • Proven experience working with Java for custom tool development and performance tuning solutions.
  • In-depth experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and performance tools for Big Data, Payments, and SaaS/PaaS applications.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of cloud performance tuning, capacity planning, and chaos engineering.
  • Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, etc.
  • Expertise in ETL and data pipeline performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of microservices architectures, Kafka, Teradata, Oracle, and other enterprise technologies.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting performance insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to mentor and guide team members while ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
