AT&T is looking Senior-System Engineer in Texas, USA.
Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View
- 3+ years of experience in operations or production support lead role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with ability to translate complex issues into high level executive readouts
- Comfortable working with various levels of leadership and management
- Experience in developing and presenting production support metrics
- Experience with data visualization tools and analyzing large datasets, system logs, etc. for troubleshooting and reporting
- Experience in coordinating/triaging escalations and service issues, engaging ecosystem partners, prioritization and driving resolution under tight timelines
- Initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with business and ecosystem partners.
- Develop/report/manage metrics on production system health, tickets, RCA and other KPIs.
- Clearly identify system impacts, risks, mitigation path and communicate to key stakeholders
- Experience with MuleSoft platform, APIs and Salesforce preferred
- Experience and working knowledge of tools such as SPLUNK, Postman, ELK stack, Kibana preferred
- Experience with SOAP, REST, SQL and XML preferred
- Understanding/experience in agile methodologies, including scrum and continuous integration environments
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years related technical architect experience.
Desired Qualifications
- BS degree in Engineering, Information Systems or related technical field
- Develops technical documentation on applications and systems
- Ability to work with technical and business-oriented teams
