We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Consultant with extensive experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM) modules. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation projects, showcasing a proven track record in CSM and at least one successful FSM project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow CSM and FSM solutions.
- Configure and customize CSM and FSM modules to align with client requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in CSM module configuration and customization.
- Proven experience with at least one successful FSM project implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, best practices, and development methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CSA certification is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITAM).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with integrations using ServiceNow APIs and web services.
