Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Solutions Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will drive new business acquisition by leveraging both inbound inquiries and proactive outbound efforts across your designated region. Your primary goal will be to strategically engage with target companies and teams, identifying optimal technology solutions and selling LinkedIn's corporate recruitment solutions. While exceeding quota expectations is crucial, your focus will always remain on delivering exceptional client value.

Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting and Relationship Building. Initiate and maintain robust prospecting efforts to build a strong pipeline. Cultivate meaningful relationships with prospects to understand their hiring needs deeply.
  2. Forecasting and Pipeline Management. Create accurate sales forecasts and maintain transparency with management regarding pipeline status and revenue projections.
  3. Business Development. Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets. Develop and execute strategic plans tailored to your territory, identifying competitive insights and opportunities.
  4. Team Collaboration and Leadership. Invest in the development of colleagues by providing coaching and support. Share best practices to foster a collaborative team environment.
  5. Market Insights. Listen actively to market needs and trends. Provide valuable insights to product and marketing teams to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Problem Solving and Initiative. Proactively identify and address challenges, demonstrating readiness to take on additional responsibilities and initiatives beyond your primary role.
  7. Leadership and Contribution. Seek opportunities to lead and contribute to company-wide objectives, driving collective success.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting, recruitment media, or HR software.
  • Familiarity with SaaS opportunities and Salesforce.com platform.
  • Background in selling IT or recruiting solutions.
  • Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions, with the ability to negotiate fair transactions.
  • Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in accurate forecasting.
  • Proven track record in evangelistic sales environments, managing and closing high-level business deals.
  • Ability to analyze business opportunities, leveraging data for decision-making and influencing others effectively.
  • Capacity to manage multiple prospect engagements simultaneously, positioning LinkedIn products against direct and indirect competitors.

Compensation and Benefits
LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The total compensation package for this role includes a competitive salary with On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $97,000 to $140,000 USD. Additional benefits may include annual performance bonuses, stock options, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and other applicable incentive plans.
