Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Solutions Account Executive to join our team in New York. In this role, you will focus on generating new business and tapping into potential client opportunities within the SMB sector. You will manage inbound inquiries and conduct proactive outreach to build relationships and sell recruitment solutions. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales quotas while always acting in the best interest of the client.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting & Pipeline Building. Relentlessly prospect to build a robust pipeline and establish strong relationships with prospects.
  2. Forecasting & Transparency. Create reliable forecasts and maintain transparency with management regarding pipeline status.
  3. Sales & Quota Achievement. Consistently close new business at or above quota level.
  4. Strategic Planning. Develop and execute a strategic plan for your territory, documenting and sharing competitive information.
  5. Coaching & Best Practices. Invest in colleagues, provide coaching, and develop best practices for the team.
  6. Market Insights. Listen to market needs and share insights with product and marketing teams.
  7. Problem Solving. Proactively address problems and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  8. Leadership & Contribution. Seek leadership opportunities and contribute to achieving broader company objectives.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements. 2+ years of applicable sales experience.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with recruiting, recruitment media, and HR software.
  • Familiarity with SaaS opportunities and Salesforce.com.
  • Experience selling IT or recruiting solutions.
  • Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions.
  • Strong negotiation and forecasting skills.
  • Proven ability to manage high-level business in an evangelist sales environment.
  • Capability to use data for decision-making and persuasion.
  • Ability to handle multiple prospect situations and position products against competitors.

Compensation & Benefits

  1. Salary. $97,000 - $140,000 USD OTE.
