Adobe is seeking an experienced Cloud Software Engineer to join our Storage Services Translation team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and operation of high-traffic, critical backend services that drive the success of top global brands. As a Cloud Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining essential components of our services platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple phases of engineering, including early specifications, design/architecture, technology selection, development, unit testing/integration automation, and deployment.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the Storage Services team’s projects.
- Design and implement APIs and test suites with a strong focus on customer needs using Java, Spring Boot, and Reactive programming.
- Apply innovative and creative solutions to engineering and coding challenges.
Requirements
- Education. B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering or a related field.
- Experience. 2-4 years in software development and automation.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Java with the ability to write clean and maintainable object-oriented code.
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including OOP principles, data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of SDLC, Agile development methodologies, microservice design, and CI/CD processes.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Docker, Jenkins, Splunk, and Git.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new programming paradigms, languages, tools, and problem areas.
- Experience with GraphQL is a plus.
