Adobe is looking for an expert DevOps engineer to join our InDesign Cloud Services team. If you’re passionate about cloud software development and want to set high standards in consumer-scale services, this role may be for you. You’ll be responsible for developing and operating cloud software, focusing on infrastructure development and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Develop automation tools for managing cloud infrastructure.
- Design and implement systems for metrics collection, monitoring, log analysis, anomaly detection, and alerting.
- Document development, deployment, operations, and change control procedures.
- Collaborate with architects, product management, and engineering teams to create technical visions and roadmaps.
Must Have
- 3-5 years of DevOps experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with Azure/AWS, Docker, Chef, and CI/CD processes and tools.
- Familiarity with Linux infrastructures and network topologies.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., New Relic, Prometheus, Splunk, PagerDuty).
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation to debug and respond to incidents.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash or Python.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (AWS CDK, Terraform, Azure ARM templates).
- Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Experience with microservices-based applications.
