We're seeking an experienced and visionary Solution Architect to join our Customer Success Group. This role is pivotal in supporting our most strategic and complex Salesforce implementation projects. As a trusted advisor and transformation leader, you’ll work closely with our enterprise customers, guiding them on how to reimagine their business processes and scale their impact using Salesforce solutions.
This is a highly collaborative role that sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology delivery, and customer experience. You'll be expected to bring thought leadership, drive architectural best practices, and serve as a trusted consultant throughout the customer journey—from initial discovery to implementation and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business transformation initiatives, including process redesign and multi-cloud roadmap planning.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming a strategic advisor on both business and technical fronts.
- Facilitate and lead workshops with client teams to define, prioritize, and validate business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
- Act as a technical leader throughout the delivery lifecycle, supporting solution design, architecture reviews, and implementation oversight.
- Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and process visualizations to help stakeholders understand and validate solutions.
- Create and maintain key documentation including user stories, business requirements, and architectural designs.
- Maintain strong alignment with Salesforce product and engineering teams to stay updated with the latest platform capabilities.
- Identify risks and mitigation strategies to support successful and timely project delivery.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities as needed, including deep-dive client discussions, solutioning, and proposal development.
- Collaborate internally to shape Salesforce service offerings that drive rapid value realization for customers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of CRM experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce platform expertise.
- Proven experience with at least two Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud).
- Demonstrated ability to lead business process transformation across large, complex enterprises.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture principles, best practices, and cross-cloud integration patterns.
- Excellent facilitation skills—ability to ask the “tough questions,” drive clarity, and align diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a knack for simplifying complex challenges.
- Experience designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Adept at producing technical documentation, visual artifacts, and business process diagrams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Track record of delivering large-scale, web-based enterprise systems or full product lifecycle implementations.
- Salesforce certifications preferred (or ability to obtain them upon hiring).
