Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development. Create and implement complex software applications using best practices.
- Analysis & Collaboration. Evaluate user needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features.
- Performance & Maintenance. Improve application performance, fix bugs, and maintain application quality.
- Mentoring. Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Code Quality. Participate in code reviews to ensure high standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience. 5+ years of proven software development experience with strong skills in Oracle PLSQL, Unix/Linux Shell Scripting, and a general understanding of Python and Java.
- Education. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
