Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web or software applications.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in user experience design within corporate, software, web, or agency environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience leading large-scale projects independently, with a focus on forward-thinking initiatives that shape business futures.
- Ability to drive strategy and vision for projects and teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for navigating unstructured challenges.
- Exceptional visual communication abilities.

Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this role is $141,000 to $230,000 annually, including bonuses, stock options, comprehensive benefits, and other incentives. Compensation is tailored based on individual factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and office location.
