We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Program Manager to lead and enhance marketing initiatives for Emerson’s Isolation Valves business unit. In this pivotal role, you will manage both internal and external marketing projects, collaborating with global teams to elevate the customer experience and drive impactful results. Strong project management skills and the ability to work across various functions are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Sales Portal Management. Oversee the business unit’s global sales portal, ensuring it provides a complete, up-to-date catalog of sales tools in collaboration with product and sales teams.
- Website Development. Enhance the business unit’s online properties to deliver an exceptional user experience for customers, partners, and employees.
- User Experience Optimization. Drive improvements based on user feedback and ensure seamless navigation and access.
- SEO Program Management. Coordinate with product, sales, and web teams to implement and manage the SEO program across MyEmerson, Emerson.com, and other digital initiatives.
- Website Improvement. Manage and enhance the business unit’s website presence, focusing on content, connectivity, and product page findability.
- Sales-Marketing Integration. Qualify and evaluate marketing-generated leads, reporting on the return on investment of marketing programs.
- Program Development. Define and deliver programs that engage and grow the customer base, ensuring alignment with target audiences.
- Technology Utilization. Leverage modern marketing technologies and platforms to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Program Reporting. Develop and report on marketing program status, including updates, risks, schedules, ROI, and priorities.
- Financial Data Reporting. Consolidate financial data for GHG emissions and product programs, aggregating information from various units.
- NPD Process Management. Drive the adoption of the NPD process, maintaining Gate schedules, summaries, and supporting program teams.

Required Qualifications
- Education. Degree in engineering, marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience. Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in industrial or technology sectors.

- Communication. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership. Demonstrated success in influencing leaders and managing complex projects with multiple partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with valve technology and process end markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, & Power Automate.
- Experience with Oracle Eloqua, CRM Cloud, Google AdWords, Conductor, Google Analytics, and Power BI.
- Experience working in a distributed team within a global, matrixed organization.
