Job Description

As a Talent Account Executive at LinkedIn, you will play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating client opportunities, ultimately driving new business growth. You will engage in both inbound and outbound activities, strategically targeting companies and teams to promote corporate recruitment solutions. Your success will be measured not only by meeting and exceeding quotas but also by delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  1. Prospect and Build Relationships. Consistently generate leads, nurture prospects, and establish strong personal connections to build a robust sales pipeline.
  2. Forecasting and Reporting. Provide accurate and transparent forecasts to management regarding pipeline status and revenue projections.
  3. Achieve Sales Targets. Close new business opportunities consistently, meeting or exceeding assigned quotas.
  4. Strategic Planning. Develop and execute strategic plans for your territory, including documenting competitive intelligence and market insights.
  5. Coach and Support. Invest in your colleagues by providing coaching and guidance to enhance team performance.
  6. Promote Best Practices. Contribute to the development and dissemination of best practices within the sales team.
  7. Market Insights. Gather market feedback and insights, collaborating closely with product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
  8. Initiative and Problem-Solving. Proactively identify and resolve issues, taking on additional responsibilities and initiatives as they arise.
  9. Leadership. Seek opportunities to lead and contribute to broader company objectives.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  1. Experience. 3+ years of relevant sales experience.
  2. Education. BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Sales Expertise. Proven experience in solution selling, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders within businesses.
  2. SaaS Sales. Track record in selling Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions.
  3. CRM. Proficiency in handling Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  4. Enterprise Sales. Demonstrated ability to manage CXO relationships and large enterprise accounts.
  5. Negotiation Skills. Strong negotiation abilities with accurate forecasting capabilities.
  6. Strategic Thinking. Ability to assess business opportunities, leverage data for decision-making, and influence stakeholders.
  7. Competitive Spirit. Manage multiple prospect situations concurrently, positioning LinkedIn products against competitors effectively.
