As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving complex and large-scale cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery. Your responsibilities will encompass every aspect of project management, from defining project scopes and planning roadmaps to executing projects and reporting key metrics to leadership. You will act as the linchpin between various stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, issue resolution, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Ownership. Take ownership of complex initiatives, from defining project objectives to overseeing execution and delivery.
- Project Planning. Estimate work efforts, create detailed project plans, and ensure resource allocation aligns with project requirements.
- Stakeholder Management. Interact with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and drive projects according to plan.
- Issue Resolution. Identify communication gaps, manage issue escalations, and proactively resolve dependencies to keep projects on track.
- Metrics Reporting. Generate and communicate key metrics related to sprint execution, test execution, bugs, issues, risks, etc., providing insights to the leadership and project team.
