John is an consulant with 12+ years experience with C/C++ on OS/2 and Windows NT platforms. In the early 90s he developed GUI applications using IBM's Open Class libaries and MFC. The past six years have been spent multi tiered and distributed applications using COM/DCOM/ATL. He holds an honours degree in film from York University in Toronto. Since 1996 has held a number of contracts in the Southern US and California. Currently most of his time is spent working with C# and the .NET framework on self-directed projects.
