San Jose — September 30, 2025 — Adobe (Nasdaq: ADBE) today announced the launch of Adobe Premiere for iPhone, a powerful mobile app that brings professional-grade video editing to creators on the go. The new release makes it possible to create polished, studio-quality videos directly from a phone — whether for short films, YouTube, TikTok, client work, or personal projects.
What’s Inside Premiere for iPhone
Adobe Premiere mobile delivers a streamlined editing experience while retaining the precision tools professionals expect:
Advanced editing on mobile: Multi-track timeline with unlimited layers, frame-accurate editing, 4K HDR support, captions, speed controls, motion effects, and instant background removal.
AI-driven audio tools: Enhance Speech for crystal-clear voiceovers and AI-generated sound effects synced perfectly to video.
Generative AI features: Adobe Firefly integration for stickers, background expansion, and image-to-video creation — all commercially safe.
Asset libraries: Millions of free assets, including images, fonts, stickers, and royalty-free music.
Social-first exports: One-tap export to TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and more, with automatic resizing to keep main content in frame.
Free to Start, Upgrade as Needed
Premiere for iPhone is available today on the App Store, free to use with all essential editing features. Optional upgrades provide additional cloud storage and generative AI credits. Adobe confirmed that Premiere for Android is currently in development.
We’re excited to bring the power of Premiere to creators’ fingertips, delivering pro-level creative control, without the pro-level complexity,” said Mike Polner, vice president, product marketing, creators at Adobe. “Premiere on iPhone makes it easy for creators to craft and share stories on mobile with studio-quality audio, precise editing tools and stunning visuals, to turn everyday content into polished stories anytime, anywhere.
With Premiere now on iPhone, Adobe is bridging the gap between desktop and mobile workflows, enabling creators to start projects anywhere and finish them in Premiere Pro on desktop without losing precision or quality.
