September 9, 2025 – Apple has just taken personal audio to the next level by unveiling the brand-new AirPods Pro 3. With a completely redesigned fit, best-in-class Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), integrated heart rate sensing, extended battery life, and Live Translation, AirPods Pro 3 set a new standard for wireless in-ear headphones.
Key Features of AirPods Pro 3
World’s Best Active Noise Cancellation
The AirPods Pro 3 deliver up to 2x better ANC than the previous generation and 4x better than the original AirPods Pro. The advanced multiport acoustic architecture and foam-infused ear tips deliver an immersive audio experience across music, calls, and media.
Heart Rate Sensing for Workouts
A first-of-its-kind integrated heart rate sensor allows users to track over 50 workout types directly in the Fitness app on iPhone. By shining infrared light into the ear and using on-device AI, it provides accurate heart rate and calorie burn data — perfect for fitness enthusiasts.
Live Translation for Seamless Conversations
Powered by Apple Intelligence, Live Translation enables effortless face-to-face communication in real time, supporting English, French, German, Spanish, and Portuguese at launch. Additional languages, including Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese, will follow later this year.
Extended Battery Life & Improved Fit
Enjoy up to 10 hours of listening time in Transparency Mode—a 67% increase compared to the prior generation. The new in-ear design is based on over 10,000 ear scans and user research, offering a more secure fit in five different ear tip sizes, even during high-intensity activities like running and yoga.
Ideal for Developers, Fitness Enthusiasts, and Creators
Whether you’re coding with background noise, exercising while monitoring your health, or enjoying immersive sound during your commute, AirPods Pro 3 deliver an all-in-one solution. Their IP57 sweat and water resistance makes them perfect for developers who need stable, reliable audio in any environment.
Sustainable Innovation
In line with Apple’s 2030 carbon-neutral goal, AirPods Pro 3 are manufactured using:
40% recycled materials
100% recycled cobalt in batteries
Renewable energy across the supply chain
