Hi Nel,

Try this...

using System;
using System.Collections.Generic;
using System.ComponentModel;
using System.Data;
using System.Drawing;
using System.Linq;
using System.Text;
using System.Windows.Forms;
using System.Data.OleDb;
namespace Insert
{
    public partial class Form1 : Form
    {
        string ConnectionString = System.Configuration.ConfigurationSettings.AppSettings["dsn"];
        OleDbCommand com;
        string str;
        //OleDbDataAdapter oledbda;
        //DataSet ds;
        //DataTable dt;
        public Form1()
        {
            InitializeComponent();
        }

        private void btn_Insert_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
        {
            OleDbConnection con = new OleDbConnection(ConnectionString);
            con.Open();
            str = "insert into student values('" + comboBox1.SelectedItem + "','" + dateTimePicker1.Text + "','" + maskedTextBox1.Text + "')";
            com = new OleDbCommand(str, con);
            com.ExecuteNonQuery();
            con.Close();
            MessageBox.Show("Records Successfuly Inserted");
        }

        private void Form1_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
        {
            comboBox1.Items.Add("a");
            comboBox1.Items.Add("b");
            comboBox1.Items.Add("c");
        }
    }
}

Here is the commandtext:
com.CommandText = "Insert into Avtobusi (Garbr, Brdog, Data_implem, Slika_rekl, Data_otstran_rekl, Sloboden) values ( ?, ?,?,?,?,?)";
  com.Parameters.AddWithValue("@Garbr", comboBox1.SelectedItem);
  com.Parameters.AddWithValue("@Brdog", textBox1.Text);
  com.Parameters.AddWithValue("@Data_implem", dateTimePicker5.Value.Date);
  if (pateka == "")
  {
  MessageBox.Show("message");
  button9.Focus();
  }
  byte[] imageData = ReadFile(pateka);
  com.Parameters.Add("@Slika_rekl", OleDbType.LongVarBinary).Value = imageData;
  if (maskedTextBox1.Text != "  .  .")
  {
  com.Parameters.AddWithValue("@Data_otstran_rekl", DateTime.Parse(maskedTextBox1.Text));
  }
  else
  {
  com.Parameters.AddWithValue("@Data_otstran_rekl", DBNull.Value);
  }
  com.Parameters.AddWithValue("@Sloboden", checkBox2.Checked);
