What is the best and fast way to do for easy instalation?

I have a question concerning instalation. I am using Visual Studio 2010:

When I finish to develop my application and want to install to another computer without showing error message for example like "missing framework .Net", etc.
But when I install on that computer even I will not developer on it (just for helping to run my application). The system installed running well. Then what is the fast way to install your software without showing error?
I am asking this question because everytime before to install my application to the computer that dont have any Visual studio 2010. I should install Visual studio then I can install my program. Otherwise it's another trouble with this famous error message: missing framework .net
