Problem with string

Question

Hi all, I have a problem with my string passed in between div tag in my web site(asp.net). Between a div tag i had place one label and in text property of lable i had passed my string from db. String is as follow : When i am loading my page instead of displaying this screen it will display me alert box on the screen. Now any one who has idea how to stop this please help me. Thanks is advance .
