Microsoft JScript runtime error: 'formValidator' is undefined

"Microsoft JScript runtime error: 'formValidator' is undefined"
This error occurs when I submit the form.
formValidator is javascript function.

Assalam ualaikum,
I got the mistake and corrected.
There was a  brace '}' missing in code.
