Use Phonegap framework using Visual Studio 2012 express

Question

Hello, I am new to Phonegap development.

I have Visual Studio 2012 Express version and having Windows 8.1 OS.

My question are below regarding how to use Phonegap framework to create android application CRUD operation demo using Web Service running in Visual Studio MVC using C# language?

1. Can I create app using VS 2012 express version?

2. Please provide step by step process to configure and use Phonegap framework so I can check that the process I did to configure was right or not! 

3. Is it possible to call cross origin web service? If Yes How can I do that? Please mention one method. (I have already use jsonp using ajax still not getting json data properly)

   Error comes as below:

  parse error.

If above error is something related parsing than please tell me how do I parse the json coming from cross origin web service as jsonp or json? 

 

4. How do I manage the application for CRUD operation using jquery or mobile jquery or any other equipment?

5. How can I use sqlite as database or HTML localstorage in javascript on phonegap framework please mention step by step process!

6. Final question is, Can I build blackberry application on build.phonegap.com if Yes How? and if No please tell me other way to build except locally or site where I can build the app paid or free?
