Unable to access wcf service via load balance from webserver

Question

Hi Friends,

 

I  am unable to access the wcf service via load balance(IP) from web server. But the service is up & running in wcf service.

 

We have 2 wcf server which is connected/mapped to load balancer. From web server we are accessing the load balancer to communicate the wcf service according to load.

 

"Internet  Explorer cannot display the webpage" 

 

I pinged the load balancer via telnet from Web server, able to access the IP, but unable to communicate the WCF service. Is there any issue in Load Balancer side or web server or wcf server or other?

 

I am looking into this issue for the last two days, i am unable to find where the issue. Kindly assist me.

 

Note:

I have added the ip & wcf service name in host file as well
