In today's era, it  is more difficult to handle the big data of business organizations. So the most probable cases are some business intelligence tools important to handle those hard and big data. So to solve these problems Microsoft launched Power Business Intelligence (BI) for Office 365 with new features and services.

So there is the new point in user's minds, what is Office 365?

The Office 365 is just the same as Microsoft Office but Office 365 is powered by the cloud. Office 365 is an "Online office". It is generally referred to the business organization.  It is software of the Microsoft Office platform. By using Office 365 the user accesses their applications anywhere. Basically, Power Business Intelligence is designed to be a collection of Self-Service Business Intelligence. Some features of Self-Service Business Intelligence are included in Power Business Intelligence. In Power Business Intelligence, Business Intelligence (BI) includes some enabling features of Excel. Excel is not a part of Power Business Intelligence but users can use Excel with some enabling features when making reports and a Power Business Intelligence (BI) demo. This tool can be used to quickly create Power Business Intelligence sites. By using this tool business users and also their team can access data and also view reports. In Excel workbook viewing is also supported for Power Business Intelligence sites so that users can view reports and also interact with large workbooks through the browser.

Data management

When any business user creates a Power Query in Excel then it can be shared with others. Users can manage this query and also see how much it is used. With the data management tool of Power Business Intelligence for Office 365 users can share queries easily and also find and generate queries easily.

Power BI for windows

This window can be used to see the latest reports posted by Power Business Intelligence sites.
