Show Hidden Files and Folders in Windows 10

Introduction 

 
In Windows 10 there are certain hidden files and folders and you won't be able to access them. This article shows how to show hidden files and folders in Windows 10. If you have some important files or folders and you made them hidden, then no one can see them except you. You can also enable those files with the following procedure.
  • Double-click on the This PC Icon that is available on your screen. A dialog box will appear on your screen.
     
  • Click on the View menu in the Menu bar.
     
     
  • After showing the Ribbon, click on Options that are on the immediate right of the ribbon. Here's the screenshot:
     
     
  • After clicking the Options, the Folder Options dialog box will be visible.
     
     
  • Go to the View Tab.
     
  • The View tab will be displayed with many options in the Advanced Settings section.
     
  • Find the Show Hidden Files, Folders and Drivers and check it.
     
  • Click on the Apply button and then OK button respectively.

This will display all the hidden files, folders and drives in Windows 10. By using the preceding procedure you can enable hidden files and folders.
