Customize the Quick Access Toolbar in Word 2013

By default the Quick Access toolbar present in the left corner of the Word window has several options like undo, redo and save buttons. But Word 2013 also provides the facility to customize the Quick Access toolbar and change their location.

Use the following to customize the Quick Access toolbar.

The Quick Access toolbar has some basic functions like save, undo, redo etc. Now I want to add some other function into the Quick Access toolbar.
