Visualize Google Analytics With Power BI

Microsoft Introduced Power BI earlier last year and since then they have continued to add more and more features to the tool.

Power BI supports several data sources, including Dynamic CRM, Salesforce, Access, Excel, SQL Server, Azure SQL, IBM DB2, MySQL, Oracle, Hadoop and others.

The Power BI team recently announced the integration with a Google Analytics data source in Power BI. Now using the Google Analytics data connector, you can connect with your existing Google Analytics tool, select your website account and data sources and fetch and analyze data.

To work with Google Analytics, open the Power BI Designer, select Get Data and select Google Analytics from the list of data sources.

On the next screen, you will be asked to drill down to the data source and data columns.

After selecting your data, you will see the chart generated for the selected data.
