  Hi Shridhar, I've a question in referring angular JS library file. Whether it is really necessary to download before referring it in the project file? Simply we can specify the url as source of the script tag. like <script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/angularjs/1.3.13/angular.min.js"></script>

    from your point I understood that we can able to run our script after downloaded the necessary library file then give the reference into our file even if we don't have internet connection? anyway nice explanation you've given. Keep up the good work.

    if you are using CDN as reference i.e, script source what you mention here, you don't need to download, make sure you have internet connection while giving CDN reference.You add library by downloading as well in case you are not referring to CDN.
