  not sure i understand HOW it gets past the server response delay? does it reduce the page size by refreshing only part of it by MVC (thus achieving same as traditional frames refreshing individually? and yes awesome writing style, well articulated.

    Yes, you got it just right, instead of sending a full page of markup, you can send a payload of data and turn it into markup at the client. This will reduce a significant amount of delay. Thanks to the MVC principle.
