  • Microsoft 365: SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Web: Public/private websites via URL connector or Power Automate.

  • Databases: SQL Server, Azure SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL.

  • Business Platforms: Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Zendesk.

  • Cloud Storage: Google Drive, Box, Dropbox.

  • APIs: Custom REST / GraphQL endpoints.

  2. Create a new chatbot agent.

  3. Define topics and triggers

  4. Configure Connectors to link your data.

  5. Add Power Automate Flows for dynamic queries.

  • Add the Copilot to Microsoft Teams as an app.
