3. Connect the Right Knowledge Sources
Copilot agents can integrate with:
- Microsoft 365: SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 
- Web: Public/private websites via URL connector or Power Automate. 
- Databases: SQL Server, Azure SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL. 
- Business Platforms: Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Zendesk. 
- Cloud Storage: Google Drive, Box, Dropbox.
