Creating a screen saver

Description

Creating a screen saver is an interesting topic. A screen saver is a maximized form that contains no borders and caption. To create a screen saver, well need to manage its command line, hide and show the mouse cursor, handle mouse and keyboard events, and more.

In this example, we'll create a screen saver is similar to the marquee screen saver that comes with Windows.

Notes: After compiling this program, you must rename your .exe file to .scr and copy it to your Windows\System directry (or Winnt\System32 directory for Windows NT).
