First log in to the Office 365 mailbox and go to Admin center and Exchange.

Now, choose the Mail Flow option >> + sign and click Create a New Rule.

Here, enter the rule name, select apply to all messages in “apply this rule if…” option.

After that go to the Menu and select the Append the disclaimer option.
