Remember that this tool can not be used to record the desktop or some other programs like a file manager. One of the main disadvantages of using this tool is that, the recording gets automatically stopped when you minimize your game or app.

Press the "Windows + G" key to open the "Game Bar" and the Gamebar will appear on the screen with various tools like capture, audio, and performance.

After recording your app or game screen, the user can stop the recording by following any two steps-
 
1) To stop the recording, you can just click on the "Stop" button in the floating bar. (This floating bar displays your recording progress also).

You can also view the recordings via the Windows 10 Xbox app. Follow the instructions below to proceed.
